Since 2006 Austfield has been engaged in the Fire upgrade program on properties for Housing NSW (now Land and Housing Corporation  LAHC).

Through this program, works were completed to apply fire safety compartmentation methodology in accordance to a Fire Risk Implementation Manual.

Approved products and material were used to install fire rated ceilings and doors, Rockwool on separated walls and the application of intumescent paint (ff88).

Austfield teams have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in this field given the volume of work undertaken in the last 8 years on hundreds of properties.

Since October 2008 Austfield has been engaged by many clients in both the public and private sectors to deliver multi-trade high volume maintenance Services.

In the last 8 years works were completed to deliver new kitchens, internal and external paint, full carpet replacement, concrete, steel and carpentry works.

Austfield is proud to have been engaged by The Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) since March 2013 on many major maintenance projects for the Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO). Since then it has completed many projects in remote areas of NSW and established an outstanding relationship with both the local communities and trades in these areas. Many Aboriginal workers and trades were engaged in these projects and some still continuing with Austfield to date.
